If you are the original end-user or purchaser of the Novi Security (“Novi”) hardware product and you are not satisfied with this product for any reason, you may return it in its original condition and packaging within thirty (30) days of the original purchase and receive a full refund less a 15 percent restocking fee. Only items that have been purchased directly from novisecurity.com can be returned to Novi.

Novi products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you wish to cancel your order, or if you would like to schedule a return, contact us at support@novisecurity.com with your order details. Only orders with a valid RMA number issued by Novi will be accepted.

To obtain warranty service for product purchased direct from novisecurity.com, follow these two steps:

  1. Contact Novi via email at support@novisecurity.com or by phone at (855) 693-2444 ext. 4 to receive authorization (RMA) number
  2. Once you have obtained an RMA number ship the unit and copy of the sales receipt, along with the RMA number to:
