Unable to login to app

If you cannot remember your username and are therefore unable to login to the Novi App, you can either contact Novi Security at, or you can create a new account and register your system to that new account.

If you have forgotten you password, tap "Forgot Password" underneath the login page on the Novi Security app. This will send a temporary password reset link to your Novi associated email.
